"I rarely write Google reviews, but after my recent experience with Jimmy @ Theresa Thom - State Farm, I felt compelled to share. I worked with Jimmy to transfer all of my insurance policies to State Farm, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. With my hectic travel schedule, coordinating meetings is always a challenge, but Jimmy made it easy. He was always available, day or night, and met with me at times that fit my schedule, even after hours. He thoroughly reviewed all my policies and provided different options and recommendations, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail. What truly stood out was the level of care and commitment Jimmy provided. After my wife spent months dealing with countless representatives from our previous insurance company, it was refreshing to have an agent who genuinely listened and treated us as more than just another account. This all started from something small that had become frustrating, and I’m so glad we made the switch. I highly recommend Jimmy and Theresa Thom - State Farm to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy agent. I know I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!"

"I just wanna say I wholeheartedly believe that Rogelio deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work — a promotion or raise would be well-deserved! There was a really stressful situation where a check for my homeowner’s insurance wasn’t being processed right, and I ended up getting billed twice the amount. It was such a headache, but Rogelio stayed on top of everything, kept me updated, and made sure the whole issue got sorted out. What I appreciate most about Rogelio is how patient and understanding he is. He never made me feel like I was just another customer. He actually cared about helping me and went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved. You don’t find that kind of service everywhere. He’s responsible, kind, humble, and genuinely cares about his customers and good at his job. If you’re looking for an agent who’s going to have your back, he’s the one you want!"
